We strive to offer inclusive shipping, but certain exceptions may apply.

Currently, we just ship PAN India. Please get in touch with us at support@mooch.design if you would like to buy a product and live outside India.

All orders once placed are processed and shipped through reputed courier companies within 24 hours. If you live in a major city, delivery can take anywhere between 4-5 working days but could take between 8-10 working days depending on your location.

Mooch is not responsible for service transit time. The time taken for you to receive your product is subject to factors beyond our control (Force Majeure Event) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

You will get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details. In case, you do not get an email with tracking details please get in touch with us at support@mooch.design

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Mooch. Please contact us at the earliest if you want to cancel, or change your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Order cancellation is not applicable on custom orders.
