Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Mooch products are handcrafted, upcycled, or produced in small batches.
Minor variations in color, texture, print, fragrance intensity, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute defects.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly.
Such variations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

5. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Mooch reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & BILLING

Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
Mooch reserves the right to cancel or limit any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information.

7. BULK ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS

Bulk orders are produced specifically on request and are subject to special terms:

Payment Structure

Orders above ₹50,000
- 50% advance at order confirmation
- Remaining 50% before dispatch
Orders below ₹50,000
- 100% advance payment required

Orders will not be processed, manufactured, or shipped until the full applicable payment is received.

Bulk Order Policy

Bulk and made-to-order purchases are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
Refunds or replacements are considered only in case of verified transit damage.
Production delays, courier delays, or change of mind do not qualify for refunds.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed strictly by Mooch’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, available on the website.

Products are eligible only if received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 12 hours with mandatory unboxing video proof.

9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

The website may include third-party tools or links provided “as is” and “as available”.
Mooch holds no responsibility or liability for third-party content, tools, or websites.
