Shipping Policy

We ship across India.

All Mooch orders are made to order and processed within *2–3 working days* . Once dispatched, orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- 4–5 working days for major cities
- 8–10 working days for other locations

Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier operations.
Tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS once the order has been dispatched, enabling customers to monitor their shipment status.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Mooch shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, natural calamities, or other force majeure events.

Incorrect Address / Pincode

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including address and pincode, at the time of placing the order.
- In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address/pincode, refunds will be initiated only after the product is received back at our facility.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Availability at Delivery

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order, courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the customer remains unreachable or does not accept delivery and the order is returned to us, the refund will be processed only after the product is received back
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
