Shipping & Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued after we receive the parcel back, with shipping charges deducted.
• Customized products (including products with your name, photo, logo, or any personalized design) cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or replaced once the order is confirmed. Exceptions will only be made if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we have made an error in the customization.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards, Paytm, or through a bank transfer.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for certain orders.

Once placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours via trusted courier partners.
Delivery usually takes 4–5 working days in major cities and up to 8–10 working days in other areas.
