Made with 120 GSM unruled paper, this A5 diary offers space for journaling, sketching, planning and putting thoughts on paper. Choose between Indian Khaki or Buff Cartridge paper, add an image to the front cover, personalise the back with a message, quote or QR code, and put your name on the spine. You can also customise up to 20 inner pages with quotes, memories, messages or mood boards.

Any changes to your custom order must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, no modifications can be accommodated.
Please note that we do not provide design previews and post production images for customized diaries. Once an order is placed, it goes directly into production and will be shipped accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier issues, etc.)
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued after we receive the parcel back, with shipping charges deducted.
• Customized products (including products with your name, photo, logo, or any personalized design) cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or replaced once the order is confirmed. Exceptions will only be made if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we have made an error in the customization.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards, Paytm, or through a bank transfer.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for certain orders.

We aim to offer inclusive shipping, though some exceptions may apply.

When will I receive my order?
Once placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours via trusted courier partners.
Delivery usually takes 4–5 working days in major cities and up to 8–10 working days in other areas.
Please note: Mooch is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, transport strikes, or other force majeure events.
